1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mihin Tours Sri Lanka ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Booking Conditions

All bookings made through Mihin Tours are subject to availability and acceptance. Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation invoice will be issued. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the commencement of the tour.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific tour package, duration, and accommodations booked. In the event of a cancellation by you, cancellation charges may apply. Any refunds will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

4. Travelers Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, passports, visas, and health certificates required for entry into Sri Lanka. You are also responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure that all travel arrangements run smoothly. However, Mihin Tours Sri Lanka shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or changes in flight schedules beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service.
